Our November Featured Destination is Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

We’re going gaga for the Grand Strand lately. Look for it as the fall 2018 feature in RTX Traveler magazine, as well as this month’s featured destination. The summer heats up with activities, but the fall is still an excellent season to visit. Keep reading after the photo to see all the ways we love Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand.

Surfside Beach (31)

As we recently pointed out, a trip to the Grand Strand in the fall is a great time to visit: you won’t melt in the heat, it’s prime golf season, there are no waits at restaurants, very little traffic, the beaches are clear, and the weather is still very nice.

If you’ve never been, fall time is a great time to dip your toes into the water with a Myrtle Beach vacation. There are 60 miles of pristine Atlantic Ocean beaches for family enjoyment – relax in solitude at a secluded beach or stunning golf course, take your pick of live music on the waterfront and delicious outdoor restaurants, or crank it up a notch at thrilling amusement parks, go-kart tracks, and a classic, bustling boardwalk. Southern hospitality has never been so fun!
