The Trendy Side of Town

Amble just a block east of downtown and you’ll find modern shopping, plenty to eat, live music and even a bit of adventure at Branson Landing, the trendier side of town. Enjoy the cool summer breezes off Lake Taneycomo as you relax in the square or walk along the lakeside boardwalk. The one of a kind, $7.5 million dancing water fountain puts on a fire and light show set to music on the hour in the summer months that will delight all ages.

Shoppers, choose from large anchors like Belk and Bass Pro Shops, and mall standards such as PacSun, Maurice’s, and Chico’s. The Build a Bear workshop and Branson Quilts stores offer great souvenirs, and visitors can treat themselves to a full service salon experience at NV Nails or Orchid Massage.

Get your fill at Big Whiskey’s American Restaurant and Bar, overlooking the Branson Landing Promenade. Liven it up at Ernie Biggs Dueling Piano Bar and Grille, or catch the game at Buffalo Wild Wings.

When you’re looking to cut loose, join the fun at Parakeet Pete’s Waterfront Zipline. This is a zip line like no other – you’ll strap into a sturdy seat right at the landing. There’s no monkey business here, only soaring through the air. Zip up to the Sky Deck, backwards, for the best view of the Landing below. Grab a drink and relax before your exhilarating ride back down to the other side of the lake.
