Banner Elk

Banner Elk (47)This N.C. high country destination has some of the best hiking in the southeast. Climb Grandfather Mountain for spectacular mountain views, a unique natural ecosystem, and the highest pedestrian swinging bridge in the country. The nearby Blue Ridge Parkway is consistently voted one of the prettiest drives in the U.S., and has limitless hiking trails branching off its numerous curves. Simply beautiful!

Sedona

The classic red rocks of the American Southwest wow you in this quiet and spiritual place. See huge Saguaro cacti, roadrunners and other desert critters among the quietly spectacular upper Sonoran Desert backdrop. The adjacent Coconino National Forest offers miles of world-class trails for every hiking enthusiast.

Colorado

Hike to Columbine LakeRanking among the kings of U.S. hiking states, Colorado has a little for everyone. Challenge yourself on a 14’er, or take it easy at a lower altitude river hike. Visit the famous Maroon Bells near Boulder for a personal view of the majesty that this scenic state has to offer.
