LungesWe know it’s tempting to take a break from exercising during vacation, but if you keep up your regular fitness routine – or maybe start a new one – you will feel so much better once your vacation is over, both physically and mentally. Fall is a great time to get outside for hiking, biking or jogging on the beach, but sometimes the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Take advantage of those indoor days and check out this series of exercises that you can do anywhere, no equipment required. It will give you a full body workout, including cardio. You can make it a family activity by putting on some tunes and getting everyone involved. Don’t overdo it; adjust the number of reps depending on your level of comfort. Just have fun and get your heart rate going!

  • 30 jumping jacks
  • 10 burpees
  • 30 bicycle crunches
  • 20 push ups
  • 20 mountain climbers
  • 20 step-ups onto a chair
  • 10 tricep push ups
  • 30 reverse lunges
  • 30-second plank
