Not that you need much of a remember, with America’s most visited national park just next door to Gatlinburg. You can easily start your day at a pancake house dripping with Appalachian charm, walk the strip and sample moonshine, do some shopping, or enjoy a museum, and end your day overlooking a stunning mountain vista, hiking part of the Appalachian Trail, or basking in some of the most ecologically diverse forests on the planet. This is Gatlinburg, a very special place that captures the fun, excitement, and history of this region, and makes it dreamily accessible for millions of families per year.
