Custom Searches Get You on Vacation

As an RTX member, you have many tools at your disposal to get you and your family booked on the vacation you desire. If you aren’t aware of these tools, though, what good are they?

Let’s talk custom searches. If you’re having trouble finding a destination you’re looking for on www.RTX.travel, a custom search may be just the thing needed to get you and your family on the vacation that will please everyone.Ed Logo

A custom search can be submitted by members when they want to travel to a destination during a specific time, but they are not able to find the reservation through our website. Our Vacation Consultants are experts in knowing what works for you, and what doesn’t. They can even recommend similar resorts and destinations to your original query, ensuring everyone’s happy on vacation, even if it isn’t your first choice.

The benefits of this system are clear:

  • Members receive personalized service: you’ll work with the same rep through the whole process. No other timeshare exchange company does this.
  • More than half of our exchanges are confirmed through custom search requests.
  • We don’t have a printed resort directory and there may not be much inventory listed online, why is that? The answer is that we have a lot of additional access to resorts that our Exchange Concierges can review through custom searches faster than they can be listed online. They see deposits we get immediately, before they go online. This creates the most flexibility for our customers.

Did you know?

  • Owners can also have up to five open custom search requests at once.
  • When a custom search request is submitted, the Exchange Concierge automatically searches for anything in a 50-mile radius from the submitted destination. Keep that in mind when searching resorts in close proximity.

Log in to your account at www.RTX.travel to either deposit or browse our list of vacations. Not a member? Visit our website or send an email to exchange@rtx.travel for more information.
