Come See RTX at ARDA World 2018 | The Global Timeshare Event

Greetings, travelers and industry representatives.

It’s that time of year again, as the American Resort Development Association is hosting ARDA World 2018 in Las Vegas. This is the timeshare networking event of the year, and RTX will be there.

Please come by and meet us at Kiosk 6 in the exhibition hall. There will also be copies of RTX Traveler magazine displayed in the media bin upon entry to the convention, please pick one up!


Beth Arlington 1Beth Arlington, Inventory Manager: In 2013, Beth relocated from Indianapolis to Asheville, N.C., joining the RTX team and the timeshare industry. Beth works diligently to ensure accuracy and availability of inventory for our members while also working with various departments and partners to promote financial success for the company. FUN FACT: Beth loves creating tiny and detailed fairy gardens at her home in the North Carolina mountains.



IMG_8812Jeramie Arlington, Senior Representative, Resort Hospitality Solutions: In his first two years with the company, Jeramie helped bring RTX’s call center from a novice level operation to the efficient, customer-focused entity that it is today. Jeramie is integral in creating new processes for various departments that increase efficiency and improve the overall experience for members as well as employees. He has since moved to sister company Resort Hospitality Solutions to lend his expertise in a broader role. FUN FACT: While working at the Holiday Inn Indianapolis Airport, Jeramie met Ray Charles and The Smothers Brothers, who were very kind and generous tippers.





IMG_8771Corina Violette, RRP, Director of Resort Partnerships: A graduate of the ARDA LEAPS program, Corina serves on three ARDA committees and is extremely active in industry organizations. Corina spends a lot of time traveling around the country building relationships with partner companies and resorts to continuously increase the vacation options available to members while providing benefits and services to partners. FUN FACT: In high school, Corina was ranked #3 in the state for playing the flute, which led to a full scholarship to Virginia Commonwealth University.





IMG_8732Sara Little, RRP, Senior Director of Communications, Resort Hospitality Solutions: Sara started with RTX since its earliest days, and has expanded the communication department’s functions to provide a variety of services for RTX as well as its affiliates. She has sinced moved her communications department to Resort Hospitality Solutions, where the team provides marketing and media support for companies throughout the timeshare industry. FUN FACT: While in college in Charleston, S.C., Sara worked at a small bed and breakfast in a historic home that is now owned by actor Bill Murray.


Sara’s birthday is today, May 7. Wish her a happy birthday if you see her!


Brent DouthitBrent Douthit, Floor Supervisor: Brent oversees the RTX customer call center and began his profession in the timeshare industry in 2009.  Since that time, he has been fortunate enough to work with various aspects of the business. This experience lead to his current role with RTX. He strives to continuously educate RTX call center representatives and ensure they are equipped to accommodate the best possible travel experiences for active members. FUN FACT: Brent’s all-time favorite vacation was a trip to Zion National Park in Utah, and he recommends the famous “Angel’s Landing” hike.
